The advantage of using Talk Business is that you do not need to manage many different contractors. We can project manage your move / work schedule from start to finish. With all work undertaken finished to a high quality.
The fit out or refurbishment of a workspace and the subsequent move is a demanding and serious task. Often delegated to an office manager or similar who then has a raft of new people and trades to organise, and schedules to create trying not to overlap contractors needing to work in the same areas. Extra expense can occur when contractors have to wait around on site because something is not ready. I.e. due to a different contractor not finishing on time or a missed appointment etc. This can sometimes push a project back by weeks if not managed correctly.
